Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-29

These terms are an agreement between you and anything.ai (“we”, “us”), which operates Operator Brief. By creating an account or using Operator Brief you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. What Operator Brief is

Operator Brief is an assistant powered by artificial intelligence. You talk to it in web chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage or SMS. It can read and act on the accounts you connect (such as Google), use a browser on your behalf, remember things you tell it, keep your to-do list and follow-ups, and message you with reminders, briefs and alerts. You are always talking to software, not a person.

Message frequency depends on what you ask for and which reminders, briefs and alerts you keep on. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP on any channel to pause messages there, START to resume, HELP for help, or DELETE to unlink it. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. You must give a phone number you control, keep your sign-in methods (codes, passkeys) secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Actions taken for you, and your approval

Operator Brief can take actions in your name: send email, create or change calendar events, fill in forms, sign in to sites with credentials you store in its vault, and make purchases or bookings. Before any consequential action - sending a message to someone else, a purchase, a booking, sharing a file - it shows you the exact details and waits for your approval. An approval is your instruction: you are responsible for reviewing it, and for the action once approved, including any payment to a merchant. Operator Brief is not designed to move money between accounts, transfer funds or trade for you, and is built to refuse those requests.

Purchases and bookings are made with the merchant or provider on their website and under their terms. We are not a party to that transaction, do not sell those goods or services, and are not responsible for the merchant's performance, prices, fees, refunds or cancellations. Resolve those with the merchant.

4. AI output can be wrong

Operator Brief uses AI models that can misunderstand, leave things out, or state things that are not true. Check anything important before you rely on it. Its answers are not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. Reminders, briefs, nudges and alerts are a help, not a guarantee: a message can be delayed or not delivered by a provider, and you remain responsible for your own deadlines and commitments.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Operator Brief to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • harass, spam, defraud or impersonate anyone, or send messages people did not ask for;
  • access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use, or get around a website's security or usage limits;
  • make, buy or book anything illegal, or place orders you do not intend to honour;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or break the service or its safeguards, or extract other users' data;
  • generate content that sexualises minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or is otherwise unlawful.

Third-party websites you ask it to use have their own terms, which you are responsible for following.

6. Connected accounts

When you connect an account such as Google, you authorise Operator Brief to access it within the permissions you grant, for the features described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time on the Connections page or in your Google account. Messaging services (Meta WhatsApp, Telegram, Apple iMessage through Sendblue) and Google are run by those companies under their own terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send, store or connect. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to run Operator Brief for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models. You confirm you have the right to share what you send, including anything about other people.

8. Our service

Operator Brief, its software and its brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. We may change, add or remove features, and may set usage limits, including a monthly spending limit on AI use. If fees are ever introduced, we will show them and ask you to agree before charging you.

9. Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others or the service at risk, or where the law requires it; where reasonable we will tell you why first. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12 continue after your use ends.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, Operator Brief is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose, or that third-party services and websites will work with it.

11. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by a third party (including merchants, websites and messaging providers), by actions you approved, or by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. For a material change we will tell you in the app or by message before it takes effect; continuing to use Operator Brief after that means you accept the new terms. The date above shows the current version.
